Thank you for considering membership in our association. As REALTORS®, we enjoy living, working and playing here. Coastal Galveston County is home to a vast array of different neighborhoods, urban areas, rural areas, nature preserves, beaches, bays and more!
GAR uses Navica as our MLS platform and our Association Management (AMS) system. This means that regardless of MLS participation, all members have a Navica account where they receive emails, register for Association events, and sign up for continuing education classes. All invoices are provided through Navica where you can access, print, and pay them!
Affiliate members are people involved in a business related to real estate but who are not a licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker. Affiliate membership in the Galveston Association of REALTORS® is designed for attorneys, lenders, appraisal companies, accounting firms, landscapers, moving companies, or any businesses that would benefit from association membership. Affiliate GAR members are also members of Texas REALTORS® and entitled to all member benefits from the state association.
