The Galveston Association of REALTORS® Board and Staff would like to thank you for considering membership in our association. As REALTORS®, we enjoy living, working and playing here. Coastal Galveston County is home to a vast array of different neighborhoods, urban areas, rural areas, nature preserves, beaches, bays and more! We have a lot of diversity packed into our small part of the upper Texas coast which is reflected in our membership.
GAR coordinates property caravan tours twice monthly on the second and fourth Thursdays. All licensed REALTORS® are welcome to attend tours, even if they are not members of the Galveston Association, and all GAR REALTOR® members can request to add their listings to the caravan.
GAR offers monthly brunches (except for July and December) for all of our REALTOR® and Affiliate members. At the brunches, you will get to meet the members, learn current information pertaining to real estate, and even meet some affiliates to add to your client recommendation list. We encourage all members to attend!
The GAR office includes a small meeting room that can be utilized by members for group training sessions, business meetings, or even a convenient mid island location to liaise with a client. Additionally, GAR staff includes a Certified Notary Public and members can book an appointment at no charge. Contact the office directly for details or to inquire about availability.
