Joining Board and MLS


This information is for a Broker / Appraiser or Agent to join our MLS and our Board.  If you are joining our MLS only, please see the corresponding information in the JOINING MLS ONLY section.

For the MLS portion:  Our MLS billing period is July 1 through June 30.  Please see the fee schedule below.  If you join in May or June, you will have an additional invoice for the following year's MLS Fees since this invoice is processed in May and is due in June.

For the REALTOR DUES portion:  If you are already a member of another Board, you will not include the National Dues.  In addition, if you are already a member of Mississippi REALTORS® Association, you will not include the MAR Dues. If you join in November or December, you will have an additional invoice for the following year's REALTOR Dues since this invoice is processed in November and is due in December.

 

New Agents, please be sure your Broker is already a member before submitting your paperwork to our office.

New Brokers/Appraisers, please be sure to also send a copy of your Brokerage MREC Wall License.

 

We need the following information:

  1. Copy of joining member's MREC Wall License (either Broker/Appraiser or Agent).. For new Brokers/Appraisers, please be sure to also send a copy of your Brokerage MREC Wall License.
  2. Completed application (either Broker/Appraiser or Agent)
  3. Signed SentriLock User Authorization form
  4. Letter of Good Standing from joining member's PRIMARY Board if we are not Primary
  5. Payment in full of invoice.  If you contact our Board, we will be glad to send you a sample invoice.
